BUILD YOUR OWN RAIN BARREL
A Hands-On Workshop
Every time it rains, a host of bacteria, chemicals, fuels and heavy metals wash off lawns and paved city surfaces straight into waterways via underground storm sewer systems making the water hazardous for swimming and affecting the health of aquatic life in our lakes and rivers!
In this guided hands-on workshop, participants will be led through making their own take-home rain barrel from scratch.
There is a $10 fee to cover part of the material costs.
